Also in recent news, we now have a handy account PIN that is included with every billing account. Our support team has been briefed to use this PIN to provide support. The goal is to provide easy support, without compromising client accounts should a website or other details become public knowledge. We do require this pin now to preform any change or upgrade/downgrade to your account, billing information, higher-level support, or for password resets.
