Our goal is for you to be as comfortable using our site as you are shopping in your local mall. We take seriously the issue of your privacy. Every time you send us your billing and shipping information, we use technology to prevent the information from being intercepted. We also use PayPal or Stripe to securely handle your credit card information, we do not store any credit card information on our servers.

When you visit our website or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Section 3.)

Your personal information such as your name, email, and phone number are never shared, rented, or given out to third parties for any reason; with the exception of court orders or in cases where a breach of the Terms of Service has happened. We store your information on secure servers and restrict access to authorized personnel only. We may send you announcements related directly to your hosting account or initiate a support ticket with you if needed.

Section 4.)

In an effort to combat spam and account abuse, we may use preventory measures that filter email messages and/or content for potential spam, defamatory, or offensive material. If we feel the account requires manual inspection, portions of flagged text/images may be reviewed by a member of our team. In no way is this information shared or duplicated, with the exception of ongoing investigations or service suspension justifications.

Section 5.)

We use measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account. If updates, billing, or other changes are requested on your account we will compare that person's identity to the account holder and request information from the person to verify authority in the matter. This includes order numbers, passwords, or personal information. Should we be unable to verify the person's identity, changes to your account will not be made and we will notify you of the attempted breach of security.

Section 5.)

The phone number and email you provide during sign-up may be used to contact you in regards to unpaid invoices or if we find your account in violation of the Terms of Service. You will not receive telemarketing phone calls from us. Invoices are sent via email only. Account information and uploaded content (ticket attachments) is kept on file for future reference even after cancellation, but is never shared with a 3rd-party unless legal issues or law-breaking occurs.

Section 6.)

Accounts with our company may not be rented, sold, or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible to keep your account(s) login details secure. If your account is compromised as a result of you sharing personal information, or your email account or computer/mobile device being hacked, we will not be responsible for stolen data.

Section 7.)

We may list your website name or URL on our site, portfolio, or for marketing purposes. You may request the removal of this information at any time. Pageview and hit statistics may be used in advertisements, but never personal information, such as inbound links, IP addresses, or search terms. Our order system will store cookies on your computer to allow for normal login/logout operations and to track shopping cart items.

We will not be held responsible for the content, tracking, or policies of other websites if you click any ad or link from this site to an external site. However, we do our best to thoroughly screen all links and ads.

Section 9.)

Although your information is not shared or rented, we do encrypt your name, address, phone number, and/or domain name before passing it over 128-bit SSL through our 3rd party fraud/spam check system. It is a SHA-1 hash that is iterated 32,000 times. There is virtually no feasible way for persons to decrypt said information and it is anonymously compared to a known blacklist, which is also encrypted.
